Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policies:

  1. If you've any problem with the services provided by our website you will get in-tuned with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/email are getting to be provided)
  2. Refunds are getting to be made:
    • Within 14 working days from the date of receipt of cancellation of the service if the service is already started.
    • Within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the service if the service has not yet started.
  3. There will be no refund if you provide the wrong or half information of your address to the service provider.
  4. You will be responsible for all the charges of refund. (Unless the service received is problematic)

Cancellation Policies:

  1. If you wish to cancel the service for which you have paid then you need to finish this procedure within 24 hours of placing the order. It will be impossible to cancel the order after a certain period of time.
  2. You may be charged 2.5% of total amount by the credit-card company for cancelling the order and getting the refund.
  3. The company holds the power to cancel the order under certain circumstances.
  4. If a service is to be canceled in any case the procedure, the individual return policy of the vendor applies.
